‘Non Formal Education as a tool to develop social entrepreneurship’ is an Adult education staff mobility project under Erasmus+ program.Starting from 15-06-2015, the project lasts for 12 months. It is a common project of Young Initiative Assosiation, Turkey and Surf the Earth Project-Step, Romania. Objectives: a) entrepreneurial approach by exchanging best practice experiences; b) the use of Non Formal Education as a tool to develop social entrepreneurship; c) build partnerships with other entities at European dimension. The project covers 4 different mobilities during the lifespan of a year 1.Sport as tool for inclusion "Sport as a tool for inclusion" is a Training Course that aims to furnish evidence of the importance of Sport as an educational tool for social inclusion promotion. 2.Peer Education The training course aims to support the quality of peer learning through volunteering, which will be done through providing an educational support for association workers and leaders. 3.Project management The training is based on study circle method and the participants will be seen as assets and actively involved in each session. 4.Social Entrepreneurship The project aims at exploring social entrepreneurial approach as a tool to fight unemployement; The mobilities take place in Bacau, Romania with participation of 9 Turkish learners. Activities: ' Non Formal Education as a tool to develop social entrepreneurship’ is a complex Adult education staff mobility where theoretical, networking and sharing experiences will be mixed together with practical sessions where the participants will also have the opportunity to work on their own projects.
