The central event of the project ”(Non)Action Has Consequences: Reasons and Ways for Young People to Participate in Decision-Making Process at Home and EU" was a seven-day seminar, which was held in Velingrad (Bulgaria) in the period March 19th – 25th, 2012. The project was lead by the Institute for Market Economics in cooperation with the Varna Economic Development Agеncy (VEDA), as well as two Romanian organisations – the Institute for Liberal Studies (ILS) and the Association "Tinerii Schimba Romania" (TSR).
