New ways for professional growing up
Start date: May 1, 2015, End date: Nov 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

With this project we want to build on the already successful implementation of the projects that we have realized in the past . We want to create another new partnership with a positive impact on volunteers and the local community. Our main motivation is to bring groups involved in the project (volunteers , partner organizations , clients and the public SVČ Ivančice ) additional new insights , experience and knowledge of European culture and create a space for personal and professional development of young people. We expect relatively independent, active, creative and adaptable young people capable of teamwork aged 18-25 years. The project activities will contribute 2 volunteers from Armenia and Spain. Activities are focused organization, implementation and evaluation of physical nad creative activities, cooperation on activities in the Information Youth Centre, Youth clubs, Media studio and Youth Parliament. Volunteers will be guided in their work and participatory approach coaching, interviews, explaining, listening, observing, practical methods, cooperation, sharing of experience, be motivated and evaluated, etc. We expect that volunteers will gain a lot of new key competences, will become involved in public life, improve their cultural awareness and language skills, be motivated for further work, increase their sense of initiative, creativity and participation. Other project participants know new cultures, increase awareness of volunteering itself and its importance will increase cooperation in the organization and its prestige. In the long term, we expect that the organization will improve its work in project management, motivating staff and planning their professional development, engage in projects of innovative approaches and cooperate with reliable partners.
