The main goal of the project is concentrated on developing key competences and abilities of young people, decreasing different barriers, fighting against unemployment and social exclusion. High unemployment rate among young people and ever higher demands of labour markets cause the need to organize language classes (that will allow them to improve their language competences, break mental barriers connected with using foreign language) and the need to develop general competences like entrepreneurial learning, creativity an independence. Actions directed on seniors respond to the need of promoting health behaviors in order to maintain as long as possible in physical and mental fitness. Senior participation in the project supports social integration, intercultural and intergenerational dialogue. Actions taken in the project are also orientated on gaining new skills and competences connected with working with children, youth, seniors and learning language by volunteer. Volunteer will also participate in intensive polish language course by which his chances on labor market will increase. From one side the goal of the project is to provide volunteer with non-formal learning opportunities (thru experience of working with children, youth and seniors ) and from the other side is to strengthen the position of less privileged groups, that are in danger of social exclusion as well as to develop and deepen the intercultural and intergenerational dialogue. In the Youth Center there is a everyday prophylaxis programme and different activities supporting the development and skills of children and youth like: sport, educational, art and language activities while in Senior Clubs there are sport (gymnastic, yoga, swimming pool, Nordic walking, aqua aerobic), computer, language learning, drama and supporting their intellectual and physical fitness activities.
