''New Media for New People'' is a project of long-term volunteering through the European Voluntary Service from 01.03.2016 to 30.09.2016. The project will be implemented in Karlovac and Karlovac County in Croatia and it will involve two volunteers from France and Spain who will volunteer within Youth Information Centre. The main activities they will carry out are production of audiovisual and graphic materials aimed to inform young people and with an emphasis on youth mobility and issues related to the European Union. When necessary, they will also carry out face-to-face and group information. The main objectives of the project are to promote the opportunities of international mobility among young people in Karlovac County, to raise awareness about the concept of European citizenship and to enable EVS volunteers to improve the existing and acquire new competencies.
