Training middle and lower managers to take on the kinds of entrepreneurial responsibility once reserved for top executives. : This project responds to the need among SMEs for intrapreneurship, a new concept that demands new leadership patterns, new skills and the ability to develop new work fields. The old-style supervisor, or middle manager, needs help to change from being a technical expert to becoming an intrapreneur and to work more of their own volition. This project started in 2000 and lasted 30 months.
