New Line For New Generation

New Lin For New Generation is a 10 days youth exchange which gathers 36 young people from 6 European countries in Berlin, Germany, with aimed at improvement of young people toward employability and entrepreneurship by providing participants with knowledge and skills necessary to assure self management, to enhance their competitiveness and thereby encourage social inclusion. Project will be established by Lule Albania organization and partners are coming from Lithuania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Armenia, Czech Republic and Albania. Each partner group will be consist of 5 participants (18-30 years old) + one team (leader no ages limit). The project will address the issue of fighting against unemployment, which becomes extremely dangerous social problem, destructive to the social tissue, economic system, social security systems and mental health of young people, encountering impassable barriers in gaining employment. In July 2014, the youth unemployment rate was 21.7 % in the EU-28 and 23.2 % in the euro area. The project’s objectives are: • To achieve a general common understanding about the concept of employability • Promoting sense of initiative and entrepreneurship as a proper mean to tackle youth unemployment • Creating a network of youngsters interested into entrepreneurship • To get to know how to use the European Programs and funds available in order to support youth employability • Promoting intercultural dialogue within the participants’ group During 10 days of youth exchange "New Lin For New Generation" will enable young people to reflect about what it means to be an entrepreneur and how they themselves might become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship can be also a creative activity in the field of art, sport, science and technology or in the NGO field. The youth exchange will enable young people to explore these various aspects of entrepreneurship, discuss about the characteristics of an entrepreneur and discover their own ideas that they could turn into action. Non formal and informal education will be the main tool during the project. Techniques such as "brainstorming" or "role-play", group discussion, discussions in small groups, simulations of real situations, and sharing opinions and experiences between participants and trainers will be used on youth exchange. YE is designed in a way to give participants a chance to speak their mind in all areas. This structure of project is flexible, which means that participants and leaders of groups have responsibility for their needs and needs of a group through the whole process. At the end of this project participants will be gained a new skills, new knowledge and competences in area of entrepreneurship which they can implement in their daily life and professional career. Participants will boost their confidence in regard to their relation to people from other cultures, improved their cultural awareness and started to appreciate cultural diversity. Participants will gain knowledge about Erasmus + programme and other program launched from European commission and opportunities available to them and the members of their community and from which they can profit to further develop themselves Participants will gain knowledge about importance of culture and communication, identifying different cultural ways of business and business communication in other countries.
