Objectives of training courses are to:- Realize and improve young people's self-image, self-confidence and to validate own capacity, knowledge, experience and skills- To raise awareness about learning through experience and sport activities- Reach the needs for cognition, orientation (experimentation), social acceptance and security- Develop the necessary skills and competences of the youth people with fewer opportunities - Increase cooperation among NGOs in Europe in the field of youth and employment- To integrate more easily into a new environment- To regain a feeling of security and control over their own livesMethods: name gems, energizers, team building, working in small groups, presentation, debate, discussion, role play, simulation, fishbowl, brainstorming, reflection groups, evaluation. Education (non-formal education), is one of the most effective ways to break the cycle of discrimination and poverty that children with disabilities and their families often face. Children with disabilities are one of the most marginalized and excluded groups of children and remain invisible to the mainstream population and education officials. It is essential that societies adapt their structures to ensure that all children, irrespective of age, gender and disability, can enjoy their basic human rights without discrimination of any kind. Our aim is to create a process, in which paricipants acquire knowledge and skills through certain experience, and later on are able to use them in everyday activities in their societies.
