Networking on mobility and innovation in Vocational Training

The teachers find in our daily work with students of Vocational Training that exists a great number of students which start their education enrolling in Training Courses, specially in Intermediate Cycle, and after a few months started the course they abandon their education in it. This problem generally affects all Training Courses. Although in our case we are going to focus at the Training Intermediate Cycle at Electromechanical Vehicle. This problem is serious for different reasons. On the one hand, the students abandon their education addressing to the labor market that nowadays is not able to offer them a job, and in the cases of a job is acquired, unfortunately, it is usually a temporary job or a called "garbage contract”. Sometimes, elapsed a time and once the student meets the harsh reality of joblessness, he tries to reincorporate to the education at Vocational Training. However, in many cases this is not possible or it is but in really difficult conditions either because the student has now loads and family responsibilities that are incompatible with school hours, either because it feels hook at the level of basic knowledge and study habits, etc. This situation leads us to ask the question as teachers, what can we do to help the reducing at the high number of dropouts? And one of the possible answers, within our sphere, is the conduct motivating and meaningful activities for the students. Ensure that the student wishes to be studied in its course, with his partners, who want to attend class because they feel that what they do in class is useful, that he is learning and that the issues and activities that works will be of interest. Obviously, this requires an effort from the teacher to, in what marks the curriculum, to design motivating activities with the use of resources that make it easier to students for the understanding of concepts and the implementation of practices for all that we ask the following objectives in this project: -Create a new teaching methodology to the development of electronic books by the students. -Establish a significant group of practices in the professional family, in this case transport and vehicle maintenance. -Create a virtual library with the elaborated books. - Establish a work methodology with which it was possible to learn by working, always a real work. -Network with the project partners to share knowledge, experiences and establish projects of mobility for students and teachers -An element key is the contribution of partners from their experience in other training systems such as Dual training, which we consider essential to establish a network.
