This project aims to respond to the identified needs for Azerbaijan to develop meaningful international links by developing a network of International Relations Offices in the 4 identified Higher Education institutions. Supported by the Ministry of Education and aided by an international consortium involving universities in Italy, Greece, Poland and Germany this project aims to train staff, establish a network of International Relations Offices and develop meaningful international contacts networks with EU and other world universities. The specific objectives are: "Creation of International Relations Offices in Azerbaijani partner UniversitiesEstablishment of a network among AMU, OYU, ASOA and KU International Offices able to make agreements on student and staff mobility with foreign UniversititesElaboration and implementation of recommendation on carrying out of international relations among Universities"
