Project builds up a sustaining and evolving co-operation network between Finnish and Estonian research institutes in the field of economic research of natural resources and food industry. Participating institutes establish a development scheme for the research co-operation where the long-term objective is to enable the Finnish-Estonian partnerships to participate in international R&D projects. Target areas: Turku and Helsinki in Finland and whole Estonia
