The objective of the Gulf of Finland Growth Triangle is to promote bilateral and trilateral economic relations and co-operation between Southern Finland, Estonia, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. At this phase, the co-operation network will be extended in the business sector (incl. Chambers of Commerce and SMEs) and by preparing e.g. a joint transport and residential strategy. Target areas: Southern Finland, Estonia and City of St.Petersburg and Leningrad Region (Russia)
