Title: "The new professional skills are the possibility to be involved in the labour process and a way to increase employment and reduce social exclusion"• The Project Rationale: low VET students' employment because of lack of skills and competences• The Needs for Project: to improve on students' professional skills at a higher level which requires nowadays labour market, to ensure maximum employment and to reduce social exclusionCircumstances affecting the need for:- obligations to provide a school European development plan- new trends in the labour market- requiring a higher level of preparedness- long-term guarantees for assumptions- the needs of students- expecting positive qualitative and quantitative results• The solution to the problem is the internships under the mobility of EU funded programmes andparticipation in other countries labour process The participants of project: 26 students of a cook, auto mechanic, international truck driver specialities of the second and the third year initial VET level The needs of Participants: familiarising with job requirements, gaining new skills, competencies and new professional experience, employment prospects in the traineeship country, acquiring certificates and other documents certifying their international experience and new competencies The living, learning, working and training opportunities, job offer and demand trends, checking themselves suitability of professional skills outside the territory of Lithuania • The description of the project: the project belongs to the key action 1. Mobility for learning purposesVET learners traineeships in companies abroad. There are planned 3 visits. Three visits are for long-term activities. Preliminary dates and places: 18/07/2016 – 16/08/2016 (AT Sirnitz), 19/09/2016 -18/10/2016 (DE Hamburg), 10/10/2016 – 08/11/2016(DE Chemnitz)• The aims of the Project:1. To use consolidation of international professional, technical, methodological and social competences as a means of increasing employment and reducing social exclusion in the labour process and in society2. To develop necessary for labour innovative skills and to train them in the practical application of the labour market trends and needs, which would guarantee lasting employment and a steady income3. Encourage students to develop gained skills and acquire a new ability of initiative while introducing themselves to their employers, professional skills, creativity, the ability to work and to reach concrete results4. Establish conditions that would enable foreign specialists to evaluate practical and vocational skills of participants Partners: beneficiary of the subsidy PI Raseiniai Vocational school of Technology and Business, hosting organizations “F+U gGmbH“, “Infeba e. V.“ in Germany and “VÖ Bildungsberatung & Vermittlungsagentur GmbH.” in Austria• Activities:1. Organising work: signing of the grant Agreement → information of the grant beneficiary Community → public information notice for selection, the selection and approval of work group → information of foreign partners.2. Visits are coordinated with the hosting partners: the programme content, scheduling practices, looking for practices curators, cognitive activities3. Selection of participants: announcement of public contest → registration of applications→ the activities of selection group → alignment and results protocol → announcement of the results 4. Signing in contracts with hosting partners and participants 5. Preparation of Participants in the sending Org: preventing of adaptation and cultural knowledge → providing linguistic courses(OLS)6. The implementation of mobility activities: signing in the contract with the carrier →insurance, transference living costs to hosting partners and participants.7. Care of traineeship procceeds in host org.: the adaptation of participants → monitoring and control of implementation of programmes → the assessment of practices, discussion about the results, acquiring certificates 8. Organisation of dissemination.• Results• Quantitative:- EU financial support for improving the quality of training- 26 EUROPASS documents- Teaching supply(product)- Educational traineeship material- 24 real work days in foreign companies• Qualitative:- ability to work and produce concrete results in selected areas. - new or enhanced skills, general and special competences. • DisseminationAreas:• Through the organiser’s and participants’activities• Within host organizations activities Extenth: local, on regional level ( press), National, European level(Internet)Ways: CD, Web sites, stand, presentation, report.
