The "Teachers of the future" is based on the cooperation of the Primary School No. 18 in Olsztyn and 14th Primary school of Acharnes. The project responds to the needs of teachers and the difficulties encountered by them in the educational process. In connection with the reform of school education, which requires school for six year olds and science of government textbook and implementation of a new core curriculum, schools must quickly prepare for big changes. The project involves the preparation of linguistic and cultural participants. This corresponds to the following problems: inadequacy of methods and educational tools for children six, no additional forms of education related to the textbook government introduced in the first grade, no friendly transition from nursery to compulsory education by poor growth SP nursery unit and preparing preschoolers, insufficient use of new technology in the educational process, and poor use of international education in the Primary School No. 18 in Olsztyn by school staff which is reflected in the students.The objectives of the project are: Adaptation of organizational school education of younger children, especially the six-year; Increasing the powers of the teaching staff of the school to work with the government and supplement textbook knowledge through new methods and educational tools; Increased use of the teaching staff of new technologies in education, especially ICT; Staff development in the field of intercultural education; Openness staff, schools and children to share experiences and knowledge with other countries of the European UnionThe project involves the preparation of linguistic-cultural, APV and training combined with the exchange of experiences for the two groups of 8-passenger Polish school in Greece, which will last for 7 days. Thus improving the situation of schools, teachers, students and the entire school community will be the implementation of this project- staff mobility. This will allow the other primary school in Olsztyn to read the results of the project and will enable greater use of exchange of experience. Will be organized for min. 4 open classes with the use of the knowledge and skills acquired during the mobility of staff. All the information will also be placed on pages of both partners
