Foreign plan of educational mobility and activities related to international cooperation is based on the diagnosis of deep recognized in European Development Plan of our kindergarten , suggestions, teachers and consultation with foreign partners for training programs and activities within the job shadowing.Plans for our facility on foreign educational mobility include:1. The specific training in bilingual teaching methodology CLIL for 2 teachers organized in ADC Technology Training Ltd in London2. English course for 11 teachers organized in ADC Technology Training Ltd in London3. Observation of the foreign operation bilingual kindergartens:Granada, Spain, organized by EUROPROYECTOS Erasmusplus SLOrganization of the tasks above is a response to the needs of the kindergarten as defined in the European Development Plan and realistically they will contribute to improving the quality of the institution. With the participation of teachers in specialized training in the field of bilingual teaching methodology they will expand the knowledge and acquire new skills in CLIL (Content and Language Intergrated Learning), and other teachers will improve language skills. Observation of foreign labor by our bilingual education teachers will serve to upsize methodological skills through observation of innovative teaching methods in practice and with the ability to exchange their views contribute to the improvement of skills in the evaluation of their work and the methods used. This will expand the educational offer classes in kindergarten with CLIL, modification of the method of teaching programs using tools and a foreign language on a wider scale, which in turn will help to raise the level of foreign language proficiency among children of our kindergarten. Moreover, that actions will open up new opportunities to establish contacts with teachers from other countries, gain the knowledge necessary to prepare projects to the mobility of students. Providing students with permanent contact with a foreign language in other subjects, regular contact with native speakers, participation in projects and programs of international cooperation and exchange and to strengthen the methodological skills and language skills of the teachers help to create the image of the kindergarten as a place where the acquisition of knowledge in a practical way, it becomes a ticket to a better life. Thanks to the work of observation in Spanish. education system managers will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the system of education, management and pedagogical supervision in bilingual kindergartens, which will allow to improve processes in kindergarten, better manage staff and make better use of the Erasmus +. It will be a chance to exchange experiences and good practices, as well as make new contacts. Also allow the use of foreign current methodological publications, especially the available on-line. Gained experience and acquired competences of the participants of the project will be reflected in the modification of the strategic plan of our facility, in order to maximize their use and streamlining kindergarten.Immediately after their return from the training, participants specialized training in the field of bilingual teaching methodology CLIL develop a presentation on bilingual education. Participants of job shadowing activities while on foreign mobility observation logs will conduct classes on the basis of which will develop lesson plans using the knowledge acquired in the course of training and observing the work of foreign missions and lessons. At the end of the project will be carried out 2 open classes with the use of the English language for teachers of the county, as well as a meeting for the children and their parents of the kindergarten in the framework of the "Europe Day", during which they will be familiar with the culture of the United Kingdom and Spain. The purpose of this meeting is to make people aware of cultural differences and diverse mentality. It will be created a final report of mobility, which will be included, among others, comparison of the solutions used in our facility and the methods and tools known during the observation of classes in foreign institutions. It will be the strengths and weaknesses of each solution.
