Natur und Technik in fruhen Bildungsprozessen

This project is designed to help improve the scientific and technical education of thepast by improving teacher training and further training. The partners develop a jointteaching strategy for challenging children in transition from pre-school to schooleducation to discover and understand natural phenomena and solve technical problems.The strategy is based on children’s creative and constructional skills and encouragesthem to look from numerous perspectives. It involves playing and experimentation,building and handicrafts, exploration of the world, improvised movement and theaesthetic expression of movement, social co-construction, the explicit interpretation ofphenomena, the inclusion of imagination, literature and poetry and independent study inthe form of projects.
