In Zespol Szkol in Mstów we have 600 students, taught by 60 teachers. Both students and teachers are highly interested to add a European context to the school, they are open to all forms of improvement and development. Teaching and learning foreign languages and providing our students and teachers with opportunities through mobility and contacts with other schools and teachers abroad is one of our main priorities. By implementing this project we would like to increase the language skills of six non-language-teaching teachers through their participation in a language course abroad, followed by giving them the opportunity to participate in a course preparing them to teach in the CLIL system the following year. We would also like to organize a trip for two of our English and one German teacher, to Great Britain and Germany accordingly, in order to broaden their working horizons. Additionally, we would like to have the school management - 3 people, to participate in specialist management courses in order to share experiences, improve the quality of school managing process in the European context and to establish new contacts with foreign schools. In conclusion, we would like to give our school a truly European dimension. The final product will be the creation of a class offering lessons in CLIL in two years time . In addition, our teachers will improve their foreign language skills, acquire new CLIL skills. Foreign language teachers will expand their knowledge and skillsets. Our school will expand its educational curriculum, will strengthen its position, increase the effectiveness of teaching and establish contacts with schools abroad. We hope that the next step will be finding partners for Action 2 of the ERASMUS+ program , which would allow our students to benefit from the mobility and would be an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with students from other countries.
