One was young people teamwork with persons with disabilities and old age people through different kind of activities. Second one was deliberation of entrepreneurial world and necessary skills. During this project participants had chance to develop sense for social and personal responsibility, to achieve more quality life and gain the skills for the job market. During the project they also learned to recognize values that persons share in private and business environment, and equivalence between private and business life. Emphasis was placed on teamwork for and with persons with disabilities and children with special needs, also with older people, and diverting public attention to their needs. For that purpose activities were divided during the day, voluntary work was done during the morning period and entrepreneurial workshops during the afternoon. In Croatia morning activities were done in Center for upbringing and education and Suncokret association. Especially impressive was the international show „Our Magic“ in the main Park of dr. F. Tuđman in Velika Gorica with Croatian youth and kids, users of the Center, and Spanish youth. In Spain activities were done in the El Enciar, old people residence, through big variety of workshops and games. The second part of the day was dedicated to learning and achieving skills like the time management, presentation skills, to development of the enterprising spirit and harmonizing time for business and private life as a foundation of satisfied employees. The project conducted research through surveys that helped to achieve overview on the difference in personal time management as well as the personal attitude towards the disabled people in 3 cities with significantly different crowdedness (Segovia, Valladolid, Madrid, as well as Zagreb, Zadar, Samobor). Survey results served as a basis for conclusions and suggestions for improving the local community in both countries.
