As the leading voice of circus arts in the world and the only Arts education network in KA3,FEDEC’s 2015 work programme will play a key role in improving arts education & will contribute to key EU policies in ET,youth,culture,sport&employment.FEDEC’s cross-sectoral approach will create unprecedented synergies & impact by involving many complementary stakeholders:training centres of all levels of edu.,nat. federations, authorities,qualification bodies,employers,creative industries,arts edu.,youth&ET civil society plateforms.2015 WP is divided in 4 categories:1 Communication,awareness raising,capacity building(act.1-7)Obj:Raise stakeholder awareness on a significant nb of EU policy agendas,ensure active participation in prgm/policy making,nat. authorities’ involvement by-implementing a communication,dissemination&capacity building strategy for mb/external partners-launching a cross-sectoral info Hub on EU policy agendas-organising 4 national events w/nat.federations,schools& their sectoral,local,reg,nat. authorities-monitoring on-going ET policies/reforms to contribute to the effectiveness of EU Semesters2 Inter-sectoral dialogue,joint strategies for policies,advocacy(act.8-12)Obj:Ensure a dialogue via a sector-based strategy to ET2020 & 5 cross-sectoral WG leading to joint strategies/actions btw circus &:1.arts edu.2.nat. authorities3.employers/creative industries for transition to work & E-ship4.youth w/ EU Youth Forum,EP,DG EAC5.LLL w/ EUCISThematic joint grassroots recommendations for evidence-based policy making &other results will be multiplied3 Actions & sectoral recommendations for evidence-based policies(act13-40)Obj:Contribute to evidence-based policy making &to the specific obj.of KA3 Call w/ a focus on 6 FEDEC topics of excellence via a multi-disciplinary/cross-sectoral approach to ensure a wide impact &transfer of results to other edu./economic fields:a.Transversal skills:E-ship,digital & e-skills via multilingual OER &e-learning,language learningb.Knowledge triangle:partnerships btw schools,research bodies & enterprises/companiesc.Innovative&sustainable funding approachesd.Equal opportunities to quality ET for disadvantaged learners: circus training as an innovative tool for social inclusione.Dvlpt of a new generation of teachers/school leaders: definition & recognition of the profession of circus arts teacher, cont.training&new competences for teachers,pedagogical/artistic leaders in arts edu.f.Recognizing & valuing competences: focus on work-based & learning mobility opportunities, dvlpt of a “FEDEC Passport” for international mobility, validation of NFIL for teachers27 actions will advance the sector towards these obj.:WG,(inter)national events,pilot projects, OER,peer learning activities,applied research,mobility opportunities & recogn.tools,competence frameworks & occupational profile of teachers& artists.4 Organisational dvlpt, governance & quality assurance (act 41-44)Obj:Create a democratic &sustainable framework to warrant the implementation of the WP, quality,impact to boost members’/external partners’ participation in ET & EU actions by:-organising Board&General Assembly to identify mid/long-term sector priorities, strategy for cross-sectoral dialogue w/key stakeholders-EU tools:application of the EQF for new circus arts qualifications, more readable NQF-course design &delivery coherent trajectory in skills dvmpt & employment data-dvlp a sectoral/nat/EU level approach to QA
