Our project called "MY LIFE" refers to education through sport among young people and young people with fewer opportunities. The project will be conducted in Leba (Poland) for 10 days with the participation of 54 people from two European countries: Slovakia and Poland. The aim of our exchange is general popularisation of healthy lifestyle through dance and sports. And more specifically: sport and dance as a replacement for people who want to reach for the different types of drugs. Through integration activities in mixed groups, young people will be cultivating dancing, sport and language skills. It will be learned by self experience as well as from each other. They will discuss, present their views and fight one's corner. They will also play scenes on being assertive against drugs. The result of our project will be encourage Young people to spend free time through various attractive forms of leisure activities. Sport and dance will give us more excitement and adrenaline than freely available drugs. The motto as well as mission statement of our project will be: „Free from addictions, Happy without drugs”.
