The kindergarten no 159 in Warsaw is an institution which needs to enrich an educational offer and looks for possibilities of development in the international arena. The kindergarten no 159 supports children, adapting methods of work to individual possibilities of each child. Whole personnel wants to learn, to earn new experience, to build new relationship with people who will inspire them to look for new ways of development. The motto of our project "Music and language preschoolers wandering through Europe" directs us to look for new inspiration related to music and dance in order to bring a variety of European and preschoolers develop greater tolerance. In our working methods we will use elements of rhythm and creative use of music and dance. Objectives of the project: - Improving the quality of teaching English, - Awakening interest in European culture, learning how to be open - teaching young children tolerance, - Learning new teaching methods using the latest technology, - The development of interpersonal skills, project participants. Participants of the project: - Director, is open to gain new experience and needs to complete a language and leading skills - the Administration manager lacks the organizational capacity to better communication skills with supplicants - Teachers (9) and the speech therapist have high methodological skills but lack the knowledge of the latest teaching methods and knowledge of English Description of activities: 1. Analysis of the needs of the organization and the participants in the project through Classroom observation, a survey among employees, parents, discussion in the Council of Education. 2. The selection of suitable courses and preparation for mobility. 3. Participation in language training, managerial and methodical. 4. Changes in the nursery on the basis of experience and skills gained on the course. 5. Dissemination of results and ideas of the project. through workshops, presentations, meetings with parents. 6. Evaluation of the project by: analysis of documents, surveys, for observing. Description of the results: 1.Implementation project will provide our institution's prestige 2. The interest of local authorities - district Ursynów help us to be more visible in comparison to other institutions and will widely present in the local environment. 3. Director will improve business and managerial skills which will improve the functioning of the institution. , 4. Teachers will learn about the latest professional literature available on the platform. Familiarize themselves with the new technologies and tools of science - so take full advantage of an array of multimedia. We will get involved in e -Twinning, 5. Teachers will be able to see the strengths and skills, the acquisition of confidence, networking skills - develop our communication skills, including the facility to better communicate with English-speaking parents. This opens the door to new challenges. Long term benefits: 1. The dissemination of European ideas in the local environment, in our own facility by talking to the Board of Education, to encourage parents to become involved in the life of preschool. 2. Improving the quality of teaching in kindergarten. 3. Employees will gain confidence and willing to engage in their personal development, they will seek further professional development path. I
