Basing on the development plan of Punas Elementary school, assessing their staff proficiency and skills of teaching, it was concluded that educators need:* knowledge and methods of learning process activation,* methods and techniques in the pupil's personality formation,* knowledge and methods for improving students' achievements, * socials skills, their building techniques for students and educators,* innovative change of experience in modern lessons planing,* improvements of foreign language skills and creation of possibilities to apply them.There has been gathered informations on the courses available in this field and as the most corresponding ones have been selected the following "Group dynamics and social skills in class". Was been created a block of courses "Formation modern innovative background", corresponding to school strategics development plan. Key aspects for choosing the educator's mobility- involvement of experts teaching various subjects in the educational institution, teacher openest to new changes, conscientiousness and creativity, language skills and their usage. training will be provided by 5 educators from Punas Elementary school.Prospective results after finishing the courses:* Teacher have improved their IT skills(use of technologies and web applications,* have been improved already known methods in e new way to improve the educational process,* foreign language skills have been improved and and applied,* will be gained direction into the formation of an innovative lesson,* gained new contacts in other European countries to cooperate with in the future and organize new projects,* Promoting the new knowledge and experience in the methodological meetings in schools and regions of Talsi, Mērsrags, Dundaga, Rojas as well as sharing the information in the mass media.
