"Multicultural Muurame" is a EVS project for one volunteer. Our volunteer is 27 years old guy from Italy. The main goal of this EVS project is to bring internationality to our daily work and offer young people of Muurame international experience. Youngsters will have a chance to use English when they are communicating with the volunteer. Project will also prevent racism in Muurame and will improve people tolerance. With this project we want to show for the people of Muurame that we all are equal Europeans and that all ous cultures are valuable. This project will last for 6 months and it will start 15.1 and will end 15.7.2013.Working methods of this project are: working with youngsters age 13 - 17 in open youth centre, participate to youngsters school life and bring piece of internationality to their lessons, keep afternoon clubs, be a co-leader in clubs for young people aged 13 - 17 and advertise Youth in Action program and especially EVS program for to people of Muurame.
