Project produces a multicultural programme for preventing and reducing substance abuse among Estonian and Russian speaking prisoners in Finland. Basing on model of motivational interviews a structured programme will be composed together with training material for prison workers. The impact of programme will be evaluated in order to establish sustainable results in preventing substance abuse in prisons. Target areas: Helsinki with surroundings, Turku, Salo and Hämeenlinna (Finland) and Estonia
