The design theme is designed to innovate through actions and instruments of governance the exploitation of niche products related to typical rural reality of cross-border territory. The reference area: the 5 provinces of Tuscany, Sardinia and Liguria (Departments of Agriculture), and the Region of Corsica with the Office du Développement Agricole et Rural de Corse. In the area where the project is developed have enabled similar behaviors and attitudes that determine consistency and complementarity in knowledge and in the productions. The Mediterranean civilization has rural characteristics, practices and techniques that still survive, Terrago is configured as a point of contact between local ideas and projects and is designed to develop innovation for the enhancement of cross-border local and regional diversity to achieve better coordination and new system of governance. Within the geographical entity concerned has always existed a great variety of local products "typical", all linked from small productions, defined niche, for which no one can think of systems sales and distribution nationwide.It should then work on the so-called "short chain". The overall objective is to create a network of cross-border routes for the enhancement of agricultural, food and crafts, traditional and quality. The intention is to create a territorial system of quality, a model of economic governance for a homogeneous area at which the choices of economic planning in the logic of sustainable development, promoting the interconnection between economic sectors. The main actions include: development of small business innovation, a definition of a model of governance, the creation of a "journey" cross-border implementation of promotional activities and channels of commercial innovations in the industry, development multimedia technologies to promote the routes (computer mapping , online shop windows etc.), development of process innovations. Expected Results:  Identification of best practices and definition of guidelines;  Definition of the governance model;  transferability paths with different levels of application for the adoption of all or part of the governance model. Possible corrective actions;  Photography updated the situation in the area;  insertion of cross-border added value;  Make conscious producers, restaurateurs, etc. of the added value of the product identity and the importance of its promotion;  Creation of the windows. Information farmer education. Increase knowledge and use local products;  Optimize the promotion of local products;  Increase the visibility of routes and production;  Actions mainstreaming.
