The second phase of the Moving Onwards project brought together partners from 7 European countries with the common goal of developing structures, methodologies and materials to enable deaf adults with complex additional disabilities to take part in Lifelong Learning. Activities involved the development of new teaching approaches and materials for those working with the target group and resulted in a series of recommendations for policy and practice, with particular reference to the assessment and validation of new learning approaches.
