CONTEXT OF THE PROJECT:The project aims that the students of intermediate vocational training of CIFP César Manrique can do the training module Workplaces (FCT) in European companies.NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS:Project participants will be students of average degree of our center. The CIFP César Manrique has experience in mobility Erasmus student bodies of higher-level vocational training and mobility from 2014 in middle grade students. Given the number of middle grade students enrolled at our center and previous experience as to the number of Erasmus mobilities, estimates that will have 11 participants (10 students and one passenger).The passenger is required if any of the students participating in the mobility is minor. It will be one of the people involved in the project or guardian of the participating groups (giving preference to the group to provide more students). The passenger mobility will occur in the first days of the students in order to support and facilitate possible problems and / or concerns.DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:- Interview participants to know their level of English and Italian.- Types of support from Italian and English before starting the FCT.- Development of training plan.- Search for accommodation and tutoring of students in the IIS Benedetto Castelli- Search for accommodation and companies for job shadowing for the staff of the IIS Benedetto Castelli- Implementation and monitoring practices in a company in a destination country.METHODOLOGY:Erasmus + coordinators and the head of the English Department of our organization and a teacher of Italian language, perform ainterview students to determine their level of English and Italian language.The CIFP César Manrique seek two students with high level of English and Italian who wish to do their placements in our center as language assistants. These participants provide language support classes. In the event that students are not, a teacher of English language will be hired to teach support to participating students. To improve language skills possible, via partners, the language courses in the destination country.A training plan that made the company the student is approved. The FCT module will be assessed prior supervision of the plan.This document will be signed by the guardian of FCT and around the room, the student will deliver signed by the tutorIt targets company that also assess the various activities carried out by the student.On the other hand, CIFP César Manrique companies seek accommodation and student internships and job shadowing for IIS Benedetto Castelli Italy. This italian center will mentoring and monitoring four students in our school, to conduct practices. Students who participate in this collaboration are the specialties of Informatics and Telecommunications.RESULTS:The main result expected is to improve linguistic skills and personal and professional skills. This will increase employment opportunities and employability of young people participating in the program. Once the student had returned from her stay in the destination country, if you have successfully completed the training plan, CIFP César Manrique will recognize the Training Workplace subject as suitable.In addition, the center expects to result in strengthening relations with other European centers.Expected impact:Improving the employability of participants through the acquisition and recognition of new skills,cultural and personal.Decreased precarious and temporary, favoring the first access to the labor market.Reaching contacts necessary to present a draft Erasmus + KA2 strategic partnership with contactsgenerated through this project.LONG TERM BENEFITS:Promote labor mobility in Europe as an alternative to local unemployment.Strengthen ties with other European institutions and companies that increase future collaboration.
