Start date: Nov 18, 2014, End date: Nov 17, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

The Resulting Maintenance and Repair Services of Motor Vehicles Hazardous Waste Management and Recycing Needs the project Industrial pollution of modern life is one of the most topic to be put emphasis on but the least to be produced sollutions about it. These topics such as how to remove hazardous wastes ideally, how to prevent enviromental deterioration, how to gain useful materials inside wastes, briefly waste management and are to be focused on. Wide variety of hazardous wastes come off in places in which motor vehicles are servicing. Waste oil either be spilled to city severage or used as fuel for heating purposes. The carcinogenic effect of asbestos-containing linings, tires, brake fluids, gasoline, etc scattered in random environment. Car care industry in the developed countries 84% of the waste collected in our country while assessing this situation is contrary. With regard to the regulation on the control of hazardous waste, wastes in car industry sites are classified as ‘hazardous wastes that are subject to special’. The basis of waste management bases upon producing with least waste, planning this until the final process, recycling and reusing this wastes at the highest level, not to harming habitats and living creatures All precautions taken against waste strenghten the future of managements, protects the reputation and the production of them and play role in the development of economy. This condition requires employees to be responsible. But our masters are unconscious about this. So we decided to project completing our participants’ knowledge and practises Hazardous waste in EU countries, see the resources in the modern solution methods, and learn what we have learned our master, journeymen and apprentices in skills training as well that we want to share with the students of vocational high schools. Municipalities, stakeholder chambers, vocational schools, auto service, industrial sites, Kobi and associations around us are the biggest goal for the dissemination and valorisation of our projec Participants and profile Project 5 vocational schools, 3 vocational training in the non-governmental organizations, municipalities and otomotiv company was established consortium formed by. Participants from chamber of commerces are master trainers that are “self-trained”, experienced and enterprised individuals. They have leadership skills and basic knowledge about their professions, had taken master instruction licenses and has established their own private businesses. They can also provide skills training to vocational school students and apprencites in accordance with the law of 3308 (about vocational training). Will be chosen from petrol, diesel and LPG engine mechanics, auto electricians, panel beaters, brakesmen, lubrication masters and recycling Participants from education institutions are graduated individuals, experts in their fields, managers and vocational training teachers in their schools. A total of 48 master trainers and vocational education teacher is a person Activities Flammable and explosive wastes containing dangerous substances, anti-freeze and brake fluid, engine and transmission lubricants, batteries, filters, grease, auto paint and sealant sludges, etc, waste tire wheel collection, transport, storage and review of security measures To create awareness of sustainable waste management Effective waste management practices to examine for Review of security measures related to carcinogenic wastes Comparison of regulations related to environmental protection and wastes Vocational training methods and techniques to examine new Results and benefits: Waste related manuals, brochures, symbols, banners, videos, training tools, such as Cd and "Hazardous Waste Training" module will be prepared. To ensure sustainability of the project outcomes using the waste management training seminars will be organized for modern applications Industrial site waste management plan will be prepared, control and supervision of the municipality and the room will be provided in the continuation of the project. Our master trainers will adopt effective waste management rule 5R. Reduce, Reuse, Recover, Replace, Recycle. They will understand that rcycling is an investigation and job opportunity for energy saving, raw material source and the future. They will learn who are responsible for industrial wastes, how industrial wastes be stored, transported, and eliminated They will watch on site how to protect themselves from acids, flammable and explosive hazardous wastes. Social and psychological aspects of work life will be examined and comparison about our shortcomings will be made. Get to know a foreign country with its culture and people will enrich their future vision. Project duration 1 years, 10 days and 4 is the flow mobility.
