Motivation, mobilization and support of the school community concerning international projects and exchange programs The one-year project aims at motivating and mobilizing colleagues and students for exchange programs, advanced training, bilingual education and bilingual classes and support colleagues and students. Therefore one teacher will participate in a CLIL-course in order to learn modern teaching methods (for example teaching Biology in English) and back in school the teacher will serve be a multiplier for other colleagues. In addition to this the teacher participating in the advanced training will have opportunities to meet contacts of possible partnerschools and will use these opportunities to make contacts. Back to our school the teacher will work as a multiplier and present and teach the possibilities of contact-building and partnerschool-search. The teacher will also present new forms of exchange-programs and modern forms of communication (such as using Internet portals like eTwinning) to keep contacts with exchange-partnerschools and support the initiations and activities of other colleagues. The English language skills developed gained by attending the CLIL-Course will be very useful for future exchange-programs and international projects. We further want to achieve that other colleagues are going to participate in the CLIL-course and other ongoing projects and training-programs (e.g. language courses, ICT) to acquire more knowledge and skills about communication, exchange projects and teaching methods for our school. Besides motivating, training and supporting the colleagues this project aims to support our students taking part in exchange programs and to inspire them for EU-projects. We want to meet the students requests and needs and to teach them foreign languages by using additional modern methods. Those who are still afraid of participating in foreign projects and residences should be encouraged and motivated. It is important for us to increse the students interest for international professional fields.
