The main purpose of the project is strengthening the long-term cooperation between states and communities through recognition of the variety.Main purposes will be achieved through the realization of the following goals:- activation of the organisations, enabling national minorities to carry out their activities more actively;- integration the communities on Polish-Russian border through linking cooperation, the exchange of experience in the sphere of the culture.- acquainting with the cultural heritage and manners of the national minorities helping to widen the understanding between people being descended from various traditions ad cultures -acquainting oneself with culture of ,,other people '';- disseminating knowledge for the subject of ethnic history, the culture, customs and other nations' tradition;- breaking bad attitudes, the emotions and the distrust about national minorities- accumulated by years;- strengthening cooperation between institutions and organizations of national minorities dealing with promotion of the culture through creation of the constant platform for cooperation, the information exchange and knowledge.
