The "More Mobility, Better Employability Project”,aims to equip students in the final year of Technological Highschool “Tara Motilor” Albac, with the necessary skills of professional insertion,through training courses in vocational schools (with periods of learning at workplace ) abroad, attractive, based on learning outcomes and recognized through ECVET.Its aim is to increase employability and career opportunities for the graduates.The qualification of the project is “Technician in Agrotourism”, level 4. Its objectives are: 1.Obtaining specialized technical skills for 30 students of Technological Highschool “Tara Motilor” Albac,based on an important component of agroturistic activities,- pension services organization in agrotourism in the EU requirements and their recognition abroad, in order to easier integration into the labor market. 2. Providing personal development, improving language skills of students involved in the project and expanding cultural horizons through contact with cultural environment of European country. 3.Building sustainable ECVET partnerships between training institutions in order to ensure recognition in the European Union of the competences acquired abroad and acts for a high quality education and training. In the project will be involved 30 students of XII class, natural resources and environmental profile, the qualification “Technician in Agriculture” specializing in tourism, coming from rural areas of the Apuseni Mountains, with limited access to employment and employment opportunities, enrolled at Tehnological Highschool”Tara Motilor” Albac,as aplicant. Due to the fact that, this group includes also students under age (minors), they will be joined by two teachers from the school. The project activities will be carried out over 2 years and will follow the objectives described above. In it will hold two streams, each with 15 +1 training courses and training in Portugal over 3 weeks (19 days of activity- two days of travel) between: - 07.03-25.03.2016, flux 1 - 06.03-24.03.2017, flux 2 Their thematic content management corresponds to the module unit “Administration of agroturistic activities” compulsory in the national curriculum for XII grade.By specific activities scheduled / planned and training methods based and student-centered pedagogy, enable them to develop their specialized technical skills and competences, communication skills in foreign languages, and enjoy rich experience working and living abroad, thereby enhancing employability. Previously mobility runs teacher training, lingual and cultural for a good communication in a foreign language in the host country,the cultural peculiarities of Portugal and ensuring a good correspondence between expectations and opportunities offered, a program with a duration of 60 hours held in courses outside school . The expected results are: 30 high school students in the final year of experience working with transnational + skills to strengthen their capacity to integrate European labor market, specialized technical skills agro administration unit of UC23 according to the qualification of SPP + communication skills in a foreign language, interpersonal + work habits in the real world. - Sustainable partnerships with agro units from another country and educational institution -1 Efficient management team in European funded project management - 30 Europass certificate, 30 ECVET Learning Agreements piloted at European level Memorandum of Understanding 30 Portfolios practice, practice books, worksheets, evaluation sheets, observation sheets, one Gantt -1 Press kit, the project website The sustainability is ensured by multiplying the results, new projects, auxiliary staff and support materials for the organization of practice that will ensure continuity of the project.
