The project of the Zespół Szkół Technicznych in Mielec is called "Mein Beruf auf dem europäischen Arbeitsmarkt - welche Chance habe ich? ". It is the continuation of our project Erasmus+ 2014. The project is addressed to the students of the Technikum number 3 of the Zespół Szkół Technicznych. Those students are educated to diet technicians for the gastronomic services. The project will start on the 01.06.2015 and end on the 01.06.2017. These partners will take action in the project: 1. Zespół Szkół Technicznych in Mielec (the sending organisation and the applicant) 2. Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH (Typ: small or medium-sized – SME, the accommodating and communicating organisation, coordinator of the measurements in Germany) 3. Göbel's Vital Hotel Bad Sachsa (SME, the accommodating organisation) 4. Thüringer Waldblick Boxberg GmbH (SME, the accommodating organisation) 5. Waldhotel Berghof (SME, the accommodating organisation) 6. Hotel Rennsteig (SME, the accommodating organisation) 7. Hotel Mühlhäuser Brauhaus zum Löwen (SME, the accommodating organisation) 8. Hotel Weißer Hirsch (SME, the accommodating organisation). The partners have signed the memorandum of understanding, after the acceptation of the project by the FRSD the participants will sign the earning agreement. The school will contact financial contracts with the participants of the project. The main part of the project will be an internship in a German company. They will be partet in two goups, each one with 14 students. The internship will take place in April 2017. Befor the departure and the internship the participants will take part in an intensive preparation. The students will have additional German lessons, a lecture about the "Kultur der deutschsprachigen Länder", a workshop about "soziale Kompetenzen" and professional trainings, which deal with gastronomicaly serving children and elderly people, special social groups. They will also meet mentaly with the main partner Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH. They will improve their linguistic competencies by taking part in a language course on the internet portal Online Linguistic Support and they will fill in the language test OLS. During the internship they will do the following activities: During the work in the kitchen: cleaning and cutting vegetables, preparing salads, preparing boards with cheese and ham, preparing a buffet/ a cold buffet, preparing accompaniments and dressings, cooking soups, preparing new meals, preparing meals with flour, preparing typical regional meat dishes ( roasting, boiling, stewing), decorating plates and board with dishes, clean the own workplace During the work in the restaurant/bar: laying the table, cleaning the table, polishing the cuterly and the glasses, folding napkins, preparing rooms for organised groups, serving customers, taking the orders, cleaning the workplace, decorating a buffet/ cold buffet The internship will comprise 120-160 hours (6-8h per day) in 28 days (20 workdays plus free days) o the stay abroad under supervision of qualified factual colleagues and managers. The project includes the organisation of the monitoring with the head masters during the student’s stay abroad, which is linked to a cultural trip to Weimar. The main goal of the project is the development of the key competencies and of the linguistic and professional skills of the participants. The project contributes to a better adaptation of the professional education to the needs of the local and European job market. It enables the education of the professional working staff, who is well prepared for the working life, and it prevents unemployment of young people. Therefore the project meets the requirements of the ERASMUS+ program. Considering the strategy of Europa 2020 the project contributes to the development of the gastronomic branch in the area. The participants are more mobile after taking part in the project, they ensure their profession abilities and are motivated to get achieve continuing professional development. The project uses European instruments like the Europäisches Leistungspunkte - System für berufliche Bildung ECVET, the Europass mobility and the Europass language pass. The students will receive a certificate by the German partner Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle and an attestation for the involvement in the preparation for the participation in the project. The use of the European instruments in the project makes the teachers to familiarise with these instruments and to improve their competences. It will also raise the level of the Europeanisation of the schools.
