The project facilitates cooperation amongthe towns of Kohtla-Järve (EE) and Slatsy (RU)by creating common visions and preparingthe technical projects and researches forplanning the main street areas of bothtowns, invests in local human resourcecapacity, broadens information, knowledge,skills and experience exchange, and buildscooperation among the industrial towns.The main outputs of the project are twopacks of technical documentation, both forKohtla?Järve and Slantsy, for improvement oftown centers.
