Our project; Serinyol Technical and Industrial Vocational High School in studying furniture and female students in the Design Department of the Interior CNC Milling Operator Serinyol with Kırıkhan and Iskenderun Technical and Industrial Vocational High School CNC Milling Operator Furniture and Interior Design Area teacher covers education. We have identified as the main activity 1 participant profile; Serinyol Vocational and Technical High School Furniture and Interior Design area of 10, 11, are our female students studying in 12th grade. After-school practice and have received basic training participants who are difficult to employ because of gender discrimination. The Manufacturing professions that their field of study is rare in Turkey have preferred a selection. However, this is quite a natural choice for the European elections. Cnc programmer to these participants in the sector, will provide employment by providing specific competencies such as CNC operator. Profile of participants and number:Main activities 1: Serinyol Vocational and Technical High School Furniture and Interior Design field consists of 30 girls.Main activities 2: Serinyol Vocational and Technical High School Furniture and Interior Design Area teachers 4 educators, Kırıkhan Vocational and Technical High School Furniture and Interior Design Area teachers 4 educators, of Vocational and Technical High School Furniture and Interior Design Area teachers 6 educators. Consists of a total of 14 teachers. Help the girl students to acquire professional work by providing gender equality in life, as in Europe, we want to realize our projects in order to increase their professional equipment. We would like to acknowledge the female students can work equally with boys in the furniture industry. The creativity of female students in the furniture industry sector will gain a better perspective and we aim to be seen to be positive contributions. Socio-economic differences will be corrected by profession, we aim to improve the social dialogue in mind. We intend to closely seeing different cultures and geography of our participants to develop their creativity and their cultures. Our expectations of our project are: to promote our city to our European standards in vocational training institution operates. Our students develop their professional horizons. Examples of other educational institutions to ensure that the achievements of our project activities in our province. Win the experience in promoting the European project. Girls raise the level of employability of our students. After the training, the organization of meetings and seminars with industry representatives and the room we want to increase the rate of female students employability of our participants. Modern machinery and professional competence by taking training in the equipment used in the profession of project participants of our educators, professional development, we plan to expand their entrepreneurial drive to achieve the transfer of innovation. Equipped teachers, equipped workshops and laboratories, we aim to build the student equipped equation. Our project includes training in the host school in Europe. Education, in the computer lab for CNC designer in the host school, and as a practical workshop will be held for the CNC operator. The expected impact on the participants of our project:- Self-confidence will increase.- Social, cultural and linguistic development will be provided.- Expertise in cnc operator of the participants will occur.- Ensuring the acquisition of life experience of the participants on EU citizenship will contribute to our country's EU membership.- EU countries will receive an internship certificate, certificate of participation and employment with the Europass documents will be taken by our organization will increase.- Will provide an opportunity to meet the industry's demand for CNC operators.- Participating students with the girls in our group in our country will increase employability of our students in their profession.
