The project "Staff mobility- a key to student's success" will be carried out in Zespół Szkół im. Jana Kasprawicza in Sztum. 248 students participate to this school, 29 teachers are employed there. The teachers want to take part in Erasmus+ project because the level of acquiring the knowledge of students is diversed. The teachers want to gain new methods of working with students which will let them to achieve an educational success in the future. The project will begin in June 2016 and end in December 2017.As part of this initiative 8 teachers declared their participation in the project:Key participants:1. Wiesława Kowalik-geography2. Bogusława Stankiewicz- German languageFrom July till December 2016 the teachers will visit five different countries: Spain, Great Britain, Germany, Austria and Malta. The teachers will take part in methodological courses (i.e. 'English for Effective Communication', 'Creative Teaching in Primary/ Secondary Classroom', 'Espanol para Profesors de Espanol', 'Deutschlehrerkurs') and basic language courses (English and German). These teachers were chosen to the project because of the fact that they can implement a modern school concept, they are engaged in the school life and they teach subjects of European dimension.There were created four aims based on European Plan of School Development:1. in 24 months the students and teachers from Zespół Szkół in Sztum will improve their language skills2. in 24 months the teachers from Zespół Szkół in Sztum will improve their methodological skills 3. in 24 months the school community will develop their civil and health attitudes4. the amount of international partnerships will increase.Achiving the goals will be possible thanks to:- the cultural, methodological and language preparation for the trips- the trips to six different language schools-enterring into contacts during the courses (that will be the base for the long- term partnership)- using the E- Twinning platform- broadening the educational offer of Zespół Szkół in Sztum- extending the amount of school local partners, inviting businessmen , AIESEC volunteers for meetings organised by Zespół Szkół in Sztum- the popularization of the project in local community (local media, web page, The School Open Day)- preparing workshops to show them the results of the project (for different teachers)- succesive and multistaged assesementThe actions that are planned in the project will support the innovative attitude in education and vocational training. They also will help in seeking the solutions for improving the educational system and adjusting it to the job market.Long- term effects resulted from the project:- increasing the quality of services- enterring new forms of extra classes (i.e. School's European Club)- put into lesson plans some European facts- promoting the social and civil attitudes and increasing the sensitivity to cultural and language differences - enhancing the quality of teaching through increasing the students involvement in the classes (the effect will be better grades)- the promotion of persistent studies among teachers and learners in Zespół Szkół in Sztum- gaining new qualifications by the teachers- the popularization of knowledge about European Language Certificates- adapting the lessons schedule for the demands of European market- increasing the language skills, especially among the vocational language that the teachers and students deal with- increasing of self- confidence and self- assesement of the teachers taking part in the project- arousing the teachers creativity and courage to work with new teaching methods and equipment- receding the job burnout amont the teachers
