The youths initiated contacts with peers from other countries. Students were introduced to the German cities, economy, history, customs and culture. The project was also a respond to the difficult job situation in the district of Końskie . Its realization increased our students' chances of finding a job in the profession, not only in Poland but also abroad, which will be compatible with their qualifications. Students gained information about working conditions, techno – didactic base and the use of innovation in German factories. The priority of the Project was the use of modern tools in the form of Certificates: Mobility, Language Passport and ECVET system. The youths received additional certificates issued by the school confirming participation in professional German language training (vocabulary in the field of hairdressing and construction according to the direction of education), cultural and pedagogical support participation certificates as well as certificates confirming the participation in professional apprenticeship and certificate with an individual opinion of our project partner. The documents were issued in accordance with international requirements (in the bilingual Polish and German form). The effects of the Project are important not only for the participants but also for school managers, teachers working in the Project, local employers and the the partner institution. Teachers gained knowledge of the German system of vocational training, they also gained experience in the implementation of the FRSE Erasmus + Project and the use of ECVET system.
