The project „Mobilität und Praxis junger Bauarbeiter in Thüringen“ was written by the Zespół Szkół nr 1 in Wadowice (Poland) in cooperation with the German partner. It continues the mobilities according to the Erasmus+ 2015 „Junger Bauarbeiter auf kleinen Baustellen in Deutschland“ and the Erasmus+ 2014 („Kleine Baustellen – individuelle Entwicklung der Kompetenzen”). The project starts at the 31st of December 2016 and last 18 months. The main coordinator in Germany is Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH (SHW) from Siegmundsburg (Thüringen). A company Objekt-Innenausbau with domicile in Eisenach also counts to the partner group.The project is for students and graduates, living in Wadowice and the surrounding area that indicates a high unemployment rate, of the school Zespół Szkół nr 1.The participants pass the internship in the following professions: technicians of building industry; bricklayer; mains, construction and bathroom facilities mechanics/plumber, building and extension mechanics in the construction sector.The internships will be realised in 3 groups: the 1st group are graduates of the professional school and the other 2 groups involve students of the Technikum Nr. 3. The dates are: June-July 2017, October 2017 and February-March 2018.The aims of the internship and the project are:1. Development of professional competences in the area of building trade and remedial actions2. Development of the foreign language (students and person of support, Mobil Apps)3. Development of the ability to communicate and overcome the communication barrier4. Development of key competences like Know how about the German culture, entrepreneurial spirit, independence, using the polish language, data processing skills, math skills, ability to learn, social competences (open-mindedness), mobility on the European job market5. Occupational and speaking development of students and graduates from our school in the rural area, with students out of financial, disturbed family circumstances or European orphans6. Increasing of the possibility of the participants of occupation7. Training of specialist in German studies and subject teachers8. Development of cooperation between school and the polish and European economyIn preparation for the foreign internship the students will experience a linguistic, educational and cultural trainings: an additional German language training in the school 8using Mobil Apps), First aid course, Trainings „how to cook little meals“ and „wash and personal hygiene“. The students will get to know the representatives of the company SHW in meetings for students, parents and teachers, where cultural differences will be shown. To guaranty the quality of the project a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the school and SHW. After the selection of the students also the Learning Agreement with the “ERASMUS + VET MOBILITY QUALITY COMMITMENT” will be signed.The level of development of the competencies will be evaluated with the ECVET-system, so the international validation is assured. Every student and graduate will receive the following documents for confirming the acquired competencies: Europass mobility, Europass language pass, a German certificate from SHW. The graduates get in addition an academic certificate for participation in the foreign internship and the intensive preparation.The realisation of the project will boost the prestige of the education in the school. The students increase their chance to get a job in their occupation in Poland or foreign countries. The raising of the competencies of the building labours in Wadowice and the surrounding area causes the development of the economy and reducing of the unemployment rate. The school considered the strategy „Europa 2020“, the programme guide 2016 and the priorities of Erasmus+ 2016, while writing the project.
