The need to adapt the educational offer to the requirements of the labor market makes it important to search for ways to improve vocational education. One of the ways to achieve this aim is to organize interesting and evolving apprenticeship.Currently, employers are beginning to recognize the correlation of their involvement in the educational process with the quality of work performed by their prospective employees. This change in attitude is particularly evident in companies introducing new technologies , new organization of work and applying for certificates .Competitiveness in the global labor market requires continuous increase of the level of knowledge and skills . These skills are necessary not only in industry, but in the public sector services and private sector management . Employers expect their future workers to be able to perform professional tasks to the standard required for a given position immediately after graduation. Therefore, it becomes necessary to increase the number of direct contacts between students and employers providing the best work equipment and the latest methods of work organization. CKZiU " Elektryk " has been attempting to achieve this through arranging the system of foreign apprenticeship in Germany .
