Institution requesting the project is Zespół Szkół Spożywczych (Vocational Food School) in Rzeszów and the institution of a partnership firm ‘Bulgaria Gateway’. The participants of foreign traineeship will be two groups of fifteen students in each studying in professions: 5 advertising technicians, 5 cooks (currently technician of nutrition and food services) and 5 hoteliers in a group and the tutor of the students. The internships will be implemented in an exclusive hotel “Kempinski Hotel Zografski Sofia” and in two advertising agencies "Accent Ltd." , (3 Ekaterina Semitchiiska Str., 1505 Sofia, http://accent96.com ), and "Bulged Ltd." (36 Vassil Droumev Str.,1505 Sofia, http://bulged.net). Traineeship program is an integral part of training and is a continuation of the school curriculum in given professions. The project aims to show the participants how attractive can be vocational training, and also indicate the importance of mobility, through which young people can raise their professional skills, and thus their attractiveness on the labor market to potential employers. The main objective of the project is to combine theory with practice, ie learning in the context of real, foreign workplaces, strengthen the links between the worlds of education and work, intercultural education and to encourage learning throughout life. In fact, the internship creates the opportunity to explore the real environment of work in another country and another culture. The strategic objectives of youth participation in the project are: increasing the attractiveness of their profile as a potential employee, adapted to the standards and requirements of the European labor market, creating practical arrangements for the implementation of program content in the range of fields of study, comparison of the skills acquired in the course of professional practice in the country with acquired during practice abroad. The results of the project are focused on supporting participants in vocational education and training, as well as in the acquiring and using of knowledge, skills and professional qualifications, increasing the chance of employment in order to improve the functioning of the modern labor market catering and hospitality industry, and advertising, as well as learning Bulgarian language, culture and about traditions of the Balkans. The project also includes personal and social context, it is to awaken students' curiosity, openness to other people, increase confidence in dealing with the future employer and the client. Participation in the internship will help students in shaping their European awareness and to teach attitudes of acceptance and tolerance towards people of other nationalities. The expected results of the implementation of international practice is to develop the students' specific learning outcomes, in the form of new powers, new knowledge, new skills, linguistic, cultural and interpersonal. Work in foreign advertising companies and the hotel is designed to help participants make decisions about seeking employment in the European market or start their own business. At the end of the internship, participants will receive a Europass' Mobility. An additional benefit of the project is to prepare participants to take the exam the qualification of the competition before the Regional Examination Board. Foreign practices will be implemented by one month (30 days) on the following dates time: 4th March 2015 – 2nd April 2015 30 th September 2015 – 29 th October 2015.
