Mobilitetsprosjekt for pedagogisk personale i skule og barnehage i Sula kommune.

The main aim with this project is to further develop good quality regarding learning prosesses in Sula community. It is important for the participating schools and kindergartens to develop our expertise regarding basic skills, to give early and correct efforts, and prevent that the pupils drop out when they start secondary school. We also want to increase the expertise for every teacher in their use of pedagogical software and create a common platform and understanding of the mission, so that they can look upon the children's learning in a broad connection. By this we will define into this project the learning prosess that is Sula community's liability from kindergarten and schools. By participating in a mobility project we want to be inspired to expand our view and look upon new possibilities by comparing our way of working with others: How do headmasters lead and have quality assurance on collective processes at their own school? How is the teaching organised? What kind of methods are used to achieve that the teachers (and other personell) and pupils are aware on what creates good results and a good learning environment - and that they participate active and motivated in the processes? How do we secure a good quality on the teaching and learning for pupils that for some reason are struggling with learning and/or interaction. Following other teachers way og teaching, courses and conferences are some of the things we are using to get answers to our questions. It is important to us that all the schools and kindergardens are able to have someone from their own workplace to participate in the activities. In this way it is easier to implement new knowledge in all the schools and kindergardens afterwards. Common experience from schools in Scotland and kindergardens in Italy is the basis for relevant local practise. The same is new knowledge from the Bett conference. These pedagogical experiences will be used/tried out and evaluated - and will be used in a document that steer how each school and kindergarden shall work in the future - and also in an executive plan for the whole community.
