In KomOpp´s Plan of Strategy internationalization is one of our aims, primarily by participation in the Erasmus+ program.
The labour market and political goals in Troms Norway demand more employees with skills beyond vocational education and training.
In this project we want to give 42 participants new skills.
KomOpp will offer our participants the opportunity to develop their non-formal knowlegde in these objectives:
- enhanced intercultural awareness
- improved foreign language competence
- increased self-esteem
- new vocational skills
By participation in the project, employees in KomOpp, the participants and cooperating partners will have an experience of life long learning. This project will give a positive contribution to the reputation of vocational education and training.
We plan to share the project results in seminars and by internet. We want to focus on internationalization for public employees through meetings with municipal and regional politicians: Mayors, councillors, county politicians and The State's District Administrator for Education in Troms.
We cooperate with partners in several European countries, because we are aming at creating a wide offer of subjects to all our youths as well as their supervisors in various vocational education and training programs, so that we together can help to develop a sense of European citizenship and identity.
