MOBILITE ENSEIGNANTS /PERSONNELS
Start date: Jul 1, 2014, End date: Jun 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

After developing its international opening for pupils, students and teachers of the higher education through regional consortia of mobilities, the EPLEFPA 47 has wished to develop its international cooperation policy towards its teaching, administrative and technical staff, school education level. Participants were voluntary staff of the three agricultural colleges that constitute the EPLEFPA 47 (whether management staff, teachers of general and vocational subjects, technical staff of laboratory or farm), this issue has allowed the mobility of 10 people of the EPLEFPAbetween September 2014 and June 2016. The three institutions being located in rural areas, it was for us, a way of affirming our desire to increase the skills of each exchange on European citizenship and to promote exchanges and sharing with our European partners. The activities were mainly shares of teaching internship and observation training to acquire a better knowledge of agricultural education at the European level, to share knowledge and know-how, to acquire new skills and rebroadcast them within the EPLEFPA. We relied on both long-known partners we have been working with and exchanging for over 15 years and with whom we have strong and lasting partnerships but our goal was also to gain new knowledge and develop partnerships with other European agricultural institutions in order to increase our knowledge, complete and better exchange and / or understand the world in which we teach and we operate. .Thanks to multiple approaches of teaching and coaching, exchanges on good technical and pedagogical practices of teaching, this program has lead to a different positioning of the staff, more human, more solidar, listening to the learners and aware of having to share stronger European feeling. All these mobilities, even being short, have been fully experienced, invested, shared with colleagues when the staff was back because they have met the demands of the leaving people; strong links have been forged between the staff of the sending and partner schools so that the renewal of this program was requested by all the staff of the EPLEFPA: thus, new work streams to new countries will be opened for the next years and future positions and exchanges with 'old' partners will be sustained. Work together in multinational groups on educational topics and education, such as exchanging in the languages of the partners or in a common foreign language, discovering new territories and assets, achieving a better knowledge of the European school systems, sharing education and teaching values, knowledge and know-how has enabled the staff of EPLEFPA 47 to live concretely and constructively Europe while enriching himself personally.
