Though the Romanian educational system has been facing some gaps within the legislation and methodology of implementing ECVET, we believe that every school can contribute by perseverance, professionalism and creative thinking to finding viable solutions able to reformate the Romanian educational system so that school would be able to prepare its students for the realities of life and the labour market. Through the transnational training placements the participants will acquire work experience in a real and performing work and will develop, besides professional competences, skills to communicate in a foreign language, to understand different organizational cultures, to enhance their European citizenship – briefly, all those components appreciated by every employer, regardless the qualification. Through the anticipated impact, the project will also disseminate the benefits of using ECVET and will enhance the visibility of CTEU – elements triggering most positive effects on the employability of future graduates.
