Mobilitati pentru performanta
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

Globalization and the dynamics of the labor market at European level cause a greater need for flexibility in educational institutions and a permanent dialogue between education providers and employers. Therefore, an effective education will also take into consideration „ learning on the future job" with potential employers, which will allow the connection of training to their needs, even if the school curriculum can not be changed easily. Romania is well known for "exporting" skilled labor force in the rest of Europe, which makes the need for the exchange of good practices and the need to know other systems increasingly higher. Mobility represents a great opportunity for both students and teachers to learn from the European experience, to align the Romanian education graduates to European standards and requirements. At the same time, as the boomerang effect, the real beneficiaries of mobility projects are schools , the educational system and the employers in Romania, which have the chance to valorise the mobility experiences of the participants who return to learn and work here, thus contrbuind to closing the gap between the educational markets and, especially, the labor markets in the European countries. The project "Mobility for performance " aims to improve the quality and attractiveness of FEG Post Secondary School from Iasi, by conducting a structured program of transnational mobilities for students and teachers, organized in institutions in Denmark, Portugal, Italy and Spain. These mobilities aim at developing the participants’ personal and professional skills and competences and also identifying and valorising the transfer of good practices in VET.During the project a number of 14 teachers and 60 students of the school will be selected from the best ones , as follows: students from Nursing -3rd year -for an internship in community nursing, students from Rehabilitation nursing , 2nd year - for an internship in medical recovery , students from Stylists, 2nd year - for an internship in the hairdressing, clothing and make up, students from Pharmacy, 2nd year - for an internship in pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical marketing, students from computer programming, 1st year-for an internship in multimedia design.
