The project "Staff mobility in High school of Tourism" adresses the staff of Technological High School of Tourism Calimanesti and starts from the main problems faced by our educational institution regarding the training for the teachers \staff, the difficulties of performing training in the country ,continuous improvement, the lack of courses that meet the training needs of staff just need practice and study of foreign languages,in order to have easier contact with foreign partners access to specialized materials, correspondence with potential project partners.In the hours after questionnaires and observation at class, discussions with teachers conclusions were that, in general, the courses are very expensive in Romania, inaccesible for most, mainly theoretical and lacking support in contemporary reality. The aims of our project are:O1-to help Romanian participants to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge for the use of new technologies in teaching and learning in order to stimulate students' motivation for learning and combating early school leaving and in attracting new students well trained for more integration slight labor market in Romania and abroadO2-to develop professional and personal skills and team spirit, collaboration, decision makers, identifying weaknesses and improving them, and the qualitative development of cultural competencies to enhance competitiveness among students and their attraction to material considered difficultO3-to create projects and ways of cooperation at the institutional level, which contribute to increasing the capacity of technical edu- Romanian institution to provide relevant skills for the labor market as by comparing European education systems, learning good practice examplesOur teachers form the specialists of tomorrow-They need to know new technologies to cope with change, to adapt to it, to possess a solid general knowledge and specialized to be stimulated to learn constantly and personal enrichment, to discover new educational systems, to escape rigidity outdated teaching methods, to know how to integrate progress in their work and make it an advantage for stimulating and increasing the number of students who opt for our high school.This project will meet the main needs teacher training today, able to communicate in a foreign language, to use modern means of teaching smartphone, tablet, whiteboard, to motivate students, to prevent problems such as violence, school dropout, to imporve family-school-community relationship;the targets of chosen courses perfectly match these requirements is a unique opportunity to internationalize our educational institution, to give to it a European dimension The main activities carried out for the project implementation are:1.The elaboration and the conception of the project: contacting organizations that offer courses (Preliminary discussions have already been made-) in order to clearly define the role of each participant, objectives, training needs2.The preparation and the probation agreement-the designation of the roject management team-local and regional information campaign about the project and its opportunities-preparing the agreement contract with NA and signing the contract-detailing training agreement with host organizations-the organization of the participants' training-preparing travel arrangements3.Developing of the Internship, attending classes in different periods, adaptation courses to the needs of participants, after direct negotiations with organizers4.After probation-the validation and the recognition of the learning outcomes ,transformation in transferable credits-each participant individually report to probation -realization of the final reports-dissemination of results, using knowledge gained from practical internship to improve the educational process, training colleagues for extending the use of the new methods-The expected results: the improvement of the knowledge, skills, professional skills, communication in foreign languages, management team of students, by combating dropout, violence with 85%-developing the capacity to adapt to new socio-cultural and professional backgrounds , to new ways of working, to make decisions, to work in team, competitive environment at European standards, knowledge of other European systems, models economic and cultural improvement of skills communication in new languages . Final products of the project will be: CD project, leaflets, auxiliary methodological guide, website, facebook page
