The project of the Hello Grammar and Elementary School, and Kindergarten deals with learning mobility programmes for employees as a means towards meeting development plans of the company. Main objectives of the project are related to the priorities set for 2016/2017, namely the development of work with talents and the process of individualisation in terms of the elementary school, and the implementation of the English language in non-language-related subjects as the first step of the transition to bilingual teaching in 2017/2018 in terms of the grammar school. The project aims to increase the competence of teachers and crucial employees in language teaching in order to enable them to:- implement the CLIL method in the school subjects- carry out activities abroad and with foreign partners, and to- communicate with speakers whose mother tongue is not Czech and who are employed at the school.The second project objective is to acquire knowledge in working with talents and in the area of individualisation at the elementary school by drawing experience through shadowing at a partner elementary school, by drawing inspiration in the work of the elementary school in the European area, and in the area of worthwhile innovative strategies in learning. These goals will be attained through six mobility programmes of school employees and through the implementation of the output in the school environment. Main expected benefits, represented by particular knowledge and skills of the participants, include:- knowledge about the work with talents and individual approach to students - practical tips, examples of best practice from colleagues from the partner elementary school- new forms of teaching materials and resources- knowledge about methodology, development and teaching of students of different age at elementary schools- improved language performance.
