It will be a pilot project at out school. The students in class 8 (the schoolbook is dealing the whole year with the topic USA) are going to meet and get to know students in America by an emailproject. The students communicate by email, they use the English language and meet a real person in their age. This way the students can reduce their bias against Americans by asking them questions and answering the questions they will receive. And they get connected to the language by using it outside the English lessons or classroom in a real communication and relation with a foreigner. The students work on their intercultural skills.
