The project will involve 128 students who are studying the following profiles: renewable energy technician, mechatronics technician, IT technician, electrician, freight forwarder , logistics technician, advertising specialist, tourist services specialist. Three companies will be the partners of the project: Spanish euroMind, Greek Anadrasis Initiative Information and Italian YouNet. The project assumes sending 8 groups of students for 2-week apprenticeships. The vocational training will take part in Spanish Ubeda and Sewilla, Greek Ermupolis and Italian Bologna. The aims of the project: increasing educational mobility of young people, gaining abilities and competence in the practical use of theoretical knowledge, promotion of European educational systems, which aim to standardization, and also increasing language and cultural competence. ECVET system will be applied for the renewable energy technician and IT technician. It will promote educational mobility and make vocational education more attractive. It will also facilitate all the transfers and help to recognize vocational competence within the EU countries. To meet ECVET needs euroMind developed some programmes of practical training. The management of both Los Salesianos Triana and SAFA vocational schools with the close cooperation of vocational teachers of the schools (IT and electrics-renewable energy- technology) enabled to create the programmes which will be implemented in the modern workshops of the schools. What is more, the programme involves visits to companies which are related to the relevant subjects. For example, the renewable energy students will observe a solar power station in Abengoa. IT technicians will see the everyday work of computer programmers and mobile software makers. The students will be responsible for designing spatial graphics for marketing purposes. The best project will be printed with the use of a 3D printer in the Centre of Innovation and Development. Mechatronics technicians will develop their abilities of programming CNC Router machines in CAD/ CAM system. Tourist services specialists will have their training on the geographically attractive Greek island of Syros. The attendance in the apprenticeship will enable the students to develop their skills of working in the international team. The students will also have the opportunity to put the vocational knowledge into practice. What is more, it will increase their self-esteem, show them the new opportunities of personal development, encourage them to work on their own personalities and break the stereotype of thinking that there are no career prospects. Finally, the experience will enable students to start their professional career successfully. The project will improve their English language knowledge and enable them to get to know the culture and customs of Spain, Greece and Italy. They will get two certificates, Europass Mobility and Europass Language Passport, as the result of learning new abilities. It will help them to create their portfolio and motivate them to develop it. Having the complete Europass documentation will improve the clarity of their qualifications and increase their opportunities on the domestic or foreign job market. All the project activities will be spread. The implementation of the project will help to strengthen the cooperation among the partners. The school will improve its position in the local environment.
