Based on its experience and capacity, the "Public COMPASS" association has set an ambitious but achievable goal, and namely, Promote active youth participation in democratic processes and implementation of policies at the local level through effective use of structured dialogue as a tool for tackling youth unemployment and promoting entrepreneurship.Three phases have been planned to achieve the main goals and. The second phase involves field activities to illustrate the structured dialogue as a tool for youth participation and social change. Significant emphasis will be placed on the use of local resources, the opportunity for development and achievement of sustainability. Participants will have the opportunity to formulate proposals for long-term initiatives in cooperation with local authorities and those responsible for youth policy. To achieve the objectives of the "Public Compass" association will rely on highly skilled individuals, built partnerships and the participation of volunteers among the beneficiaries of the projects already undertaken to promote a structured dialogue. In response of modern communication channels, a web platform will be established with the goal of sharing ideas, advice, good examples, useful contacts, and to attract followers; a platform available to young people from other regions of Bulgaria, because wherever young people find themselves, they can participate in social change.
