The project "Youth and Traditions Open Borders" is intended for students of apprenticeship branches: innkeeper, hairdresser; and for study branches: hotel academy, and entrepreneurship in the trades and services.. It is scheduled for three terms, which will be attended by a total of 30 students and 3 teaching staff as accompanying persons. The main objective of the project is to increase the attractiveness of vocational education by introduction and use of new methods, technological processes and forms of work. An integral part of the project is to improve the training of students and teaching staff completing the 21-day professional training in Italy, in the region of Umbria. Location of the project will be small and medium-sized restaurant, café and hairdressing businesses. Attainment of goals we are able to strengthen the position of our school in the region; to increase the interest of professional public about our graduates; to increase interest in studying at school at primary school pupils and their parents. The result will be a school that uses modern trends in order to prepare its students to a high professional level, which meets the requirements of the labor market.
